1. Set Up Your Shop
Go to your Seller Dashboard and navigate to Settings. Define your shop name, description, and upload a clean shop banner to gain buyer trust.
2. Publish Your First Product
Click "Publish Product". Fill out the title, description, category, and set your price in Kenya Shillings (KES). Upload cover images and the digital file (PDF, ZIP, etc.). Files are delivered to buyers automatically after purchase.
3. Wallets and 3-Day Maturity
Your sales earnings are instantly credited to your wallet under "Held Balance". For buyer protection, these funds mature after a **3-day security hold** before moving to your "Available Balance".
4. Payouts and Withdrawals
Once funds are in your "Available Balance", you can trigger an instant payout to your Safaricom M-Pesa number or USD PayPal account from your dashboard. M-Pesa transactions are processed in KES, while PayPal transactions are converted at our stable base exchange rate (1 USD = 133 KES).
