2. Seller Rules & Intellectual Property
Sellers retain copyright to their products but guarantee they possess full licensing and distribution rights. Malicious files, malware, or plagiarized content are strictly prohibited and will lead to account termination and wallet forfeiture.
3. Purchases & Refunds
All buyers receive instant access to their digital downloads. Due to the non-tangible nature of digital goods, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis (e.g. non-functional files). To facilitate buyer protection, seller funds are subject to a 3-day maturity hold before withdrawal.
4. Liability Limits
TechShelf acts as a hosting marketplace and is not responsible for direct code support or individual merchant warranties. Use products at your own discretion.
