Payouts & Withdrawals
We ensure you get paid securely and efficiently. Here's how our wallet and withdrawal system works:
3-Day Maturity Period
When a buyer purchases your product, the transaction revenue (minus the platform commission) goes into your Pending Balance. It matures and moves to your Available Balance after exactly 3 days. This protects both buyers and sellers from fraud.
Payment Channels
To comply with strict anti-fraud measures, funds must be withdrawn via the same channel they were paid in. M-Pesa sales are withdrawn to M-Pesa, and PayPal sales are withdrawn to PayPal.
M-Pesa Withdrawals
Withdrawals to M-Pesa are processed instantly. Standard Safaricom B2C transfer fees apply and are calculated dynamically based on predefined bands. These fees are previewed in full before you confirm.
PayPal Withdrawals
Because PayPal does not natively support Kenya Shillings (KES), PayPal transactions undergo currency conversion to USD. Minor conversion spreads or PayPal payout fees may apply during withdrawal.
